Third annual gala, "An Artistic Affair," a glittering success!
It is our pleasure to offer you our sincere gratitude and special thanks for the outstanding supprt received for our third annual gala, “An Artistic Affair!” On behalf of the LLCC Foundation Board and, most importantly, the students we serve, thank you very much!
The Lincoln Land Community College Foundation is proud to announce that nearly $51,000 was netted in the name of student learning. The funds raised from the Gala will directly support our students in a variety of ways including improving the first-year experience for all LLCC students through a special project that will yield a new vision for enhanced learning and retention, scholarships, book assistance, and more!
Additionally, we are grateful to the very generous community donors who also matched every cash gift for this event up to $50,000. This gift along with the added support of our sponsors, donors, ticket buyers and others made this the most successful special event in the college’s history.
Thanks to all of you for your commitment and dedication to enhancing learning in the communities LLCC serves. And…we hope you will consider joining us next year! Plans are underway to continue the tradition of celebrating student successes.
So again, thank you for leading the way with your generous spirit of giving. We are truly grateful!
